Air Fryer Steak Fajitas

These Air Fryer Steak Fajitas are made with perfectly seasoned strips of steak and a colorful medley of tender peppers and onions.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 pound steak, I used NY Strip, cut into strips
  • 1 poblano pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • ½ yellow onion, sliced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions
 

  • Add the steak strips, half the olive oil, half the fajita seasoning, garlic salt and lime to a mixing bowl.
  • Toss until well combined, then allow to marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  • Add the sliced red bell pepper, poblano pepper and yellow onion to a mixing bowl.
  • Add the remaining olive oil and fajita seasoning over the top.
  • Toss to combine, then pour them into your air fryer basket and air fry for 7 minutes.
  • Shake the basket, then add in the marinated steak strips, then air fry for another 7-9 minutes or until the steak is cooked to your liking.
  • Serve with a squeeze of lime and chopped cilantro over the top.
