Mango Salsa

Deliciously sweet and tangy, this Mango Salsa is made with a flavorful and colorful mix of mangos and fresh veggies.

Ingredients
 

  • 2 fresh mangoes
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 small jalapeño peppers, minced
  • cup red onion, diced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Peel and dice your mangoes into small chunks, then add them to a mixing bowl.
  • Dice the avocado and of your veggies in similar size pieces.
  • Add them to the bowl with the mangoes.
  • Add in the salt, pepper, chopped cilantro and lime juice.
  • Gently mix to combine, then chill in the fridge until you are ready to serve with your favorite chips.
