Peel and dice your mangoes into small chunks, then add them to a mixing bowl.
Dice the avocado and of your veggies in similar size pieces.
Add them to the bowl with the mangoes.
Add in the salt, pepper, chopped cilantro and lime juice.
Gently mix to combine, then chill in the fridge until you are ready to serve with your favorite chips.
