Watermelon Smoothie

This sweet and refreshing Watermelon Smoothie is made with juicy strawberries and tangy lime juice for a delicious and hydrating treat. It's the perfect way to cool off on a hot summer day!

Ingredients
 

  • 3 cups watermelon, frozen
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup unsweetened cashew milk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey, or Agave, if Vegan

Instructions
 

  • Cut up 3 cups of seedless watermelon, add it to a bowl and place it in the freezer for 1 hour.
  • Add the frozen watermelon to a blender.
  • Add in the frozen strawberries, unsweetened cashew milk, lime juice and honey (or Agave).
  • Blend until well combined, thick and creamy. Serve immediately.
