Pour the apple cider and water over the top. Add in the salt and allow to brine for 4-6 hours.
Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes. Drain the brine from the pork chops and pat them dry with paper towels. Rub the olive oil over all sides of the pork chops, then sprinkle the garlic salt, smoker paprika, onion powder and ground black pepper on both sides.
Place both pork chops in the basket of your air fryer.
Air fry for 13-15 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of at least 145°F when checked with a meat thermometer.
Allow to rest for a few minutes before cutting into.
