Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes.
  • Wash, dry and chop your potatoes into small pieces, cut them into quarters. If you’re using larger potatoes, make sure they are cut into ½ inch pieces.
  • Dry them really well after cutting, with paper towels, then place them in a mixing bowl.
  • Pour the olive oil, garlic salt, onion powder, smoked paprika and ground black pepper over the top. Mix until well combined and each piece of potato is well coated in the olive oil and spices.
  • Pour half the batch into the basket of your air fryer, that’s been sprayed with olive oil. I had to do mine in 2 batches, but you might not have to, depending on the size of your air fryer.
  • Air fry on 400°F for 15-17 minutes or until the edges are crispy and they are cooked through. Be sure to shake the basket about 3 times while they are cooking. Serve with a side of ketchup, with your eggs or however you like them!
