  • Add the dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper to a bullet blender cup.
  • Blend until well combined and emulsified.
  • If you don’t have a bullet blender you can use an immersion blender or a whisk and mixing bowl. If you use either, add all the ingredients except the olive oil, then slowly stream in the olive oil while you are blending or whisking. This will help the dressing come together nicely and more importantly, stay together!
  • Serve over your favorite salad.
