Pour the pizza sauce on top and spread it using an offset spatula.
Add the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and spread it evenly.
Add the mini pepperoni, chopped green peppers and black olives over the cheese.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Allow to cool slightly before serving while still warm.
