Pizza Dip

This quick and easy Pizza Dip is loaded with layers of cheese and all your favorite pizza toppings, then baked to gooey perfection.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • ¼ cup mini pepperoni
  • ¼ cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup black olives, sliced
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Add the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, ½ cup of the mozzarella cheese, garlic salt, dried basil and dried oregano into a mixing bowl.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture into a small casserole baking dish that’s been sprayed with nonstick spray.
  • Pour the pizza sauce on top and spread it using an offset spatula.
  • Add the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and spread it evenly.
  • Add the mini pepperoni, chopped green peppers and black olives over the cheese.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving while still warm.
