Cashew Milk Recipe

This super easy-to-make Cashew Milk recipe is delicious and a healthy, dairy-free alternative to regular milk.

  • Add the cashews to a bowl and cover with just enough water to submerge them.
  • Allow them to soak at room temp overnight. Drain and rinse the cashews.
  • Pour the cashews into a high-powered blender.
  • Add 4 cups water, vanilla and salt, if you’re adding sweetener, add that in as well. Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer to a glass bottle and store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
