This thick and creamy Chia Seed Pudding is filled with delicious coconut, honey and warm vanilla flavors.

  • Pour the coconut milk into a mason jar.
  • Next, pour in the chia seeds.
  • Add in the honey and vanilla extract.
  • Put the lid on the jar and shake a few times, then chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or until it has thickened to a pudding consistency.
  • Add your favorite toppings and serve.
