Wash and trim the ends of your broccolini, then boil in salted water for 3-4 minutes or until just tender.
Drain and plunge into a bowl of cold water and ice. This stops the broccolini from cooking any further and also sets the beautiful green color.
Heat a large skillet to medium and add in the garlic, butter, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
Then sauté for 15 seconds, making sure not to brown it.
Add in the broccolini and cook just until the broccolini is heated through, then serve.
