Roasted Garlic Hummus

This smooth and creamy Roasted Garlic Hummus is filled with sweet and savory roasted garlic flavors. It's the perfect healthy appetizer for parties or as a vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free snack.

  • Follow the directions to make the Air Fryer Roasted Garlic, then set aside to cool slightly while you gather the other ingredients.
  • Add the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and roasted garlic cloves to the bowl of a food processor or high powered blender.
  • Blend for 3-5 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides a few times, until the mixture is smooth. If it’s too thick add a small amount of olive oil and lemon juice until you get your perfect texture.
  • Spoon out into a bowl and top with a drizzle of olive oil, then serve with fresh veggies, crackers and/or wedges of pita.
