Air Fryer Baby Carrots

These tender Air Fryer Baby Carrots are perfectly seasoned, tossed in honey and butter, then roasted in the air fryer until caramelized.

Ingredients
 

  • 2 pounds baby carrots
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons honey, or Agave, if Vegan
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 390°F for 5 minutes, while you prepare the carrots.
  • Wash and dry your carrots, then add them to a mixing bowl.
  • Pour in the olive oil, dried thyme, garlic salt and pepper.
  • Toss to combine, making sure all the carrots are well coated.
  • Cook for 12 minutes, shaking the basket once halfway through. Then remove and toss with the melted butter and honey. Increase the temperature to 400°F and cook for another 3-5 minutes or until they start to caramelize.
