Add the Sambal, liquid aminos, sugar-free honey, Sriracha, toasted sesame oil, garlic and ginger in a small mixing bowl. Whisk to combine.
Add the shrimp to a separate bowl. Pour the mixture over the shrimp and toss to combine, making sure all the shrimp are covered.
Cover and allow the shrimp to marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes. If you’re using wooden skewers, this is also a good time to submerge your skewers in water to help prevent them from burning.
After 30 minutes, preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes.
Add the shrimp to the skewers and save any remaining marinade.
Air fry them @ 400°F for 4 minutes. Brush the remaining marinade over the tops and continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.
