Air Fryer Baked Potatoes

These Air Fryer Baked Potatoes have perfectly salty crispy skins on the outside and are fluffy inside.

  • Preheat your air fryer for 4 minutes at 390°F.
  • Wash and dry your potatoes.  Piece each potato several times using a fork or the tip of a sharp knife.
  • Rub all sides of each potato with the olive oil and sprinkle with the sea salt, making sure all sides are evenly coated.
  • Place them in your air fryer basket, be sure they do not touch each other so the air can circulate around them.
  • Air fry for 35-40 minutes or until cooked through.  Cooking times will depend on the size of your potatoes.  If they are on the smaller side, check them at the 30 minute mark, while larger potatoes might take closer to 45 minutes.
  • Remove from the air fryer and allow to cool slightly before cutting into them.  Add your favorite toppings and serve.

Recipe Notes

Try to use 3 potatoes that are similar in size, this way they will cook more evenly.
