Add the cream cheese to a mixing bowl and fluff up using a hand mixer. Then set aside.
Pour the heavy cream into a separate mixing bowl and whip with a hand mixer.
Add in the cream cheese, sweetener and vanilla, then continue mixing.
Add the fresh berries on top.
Fold the berries into the cream mixture.
Chill it in the fridge until you are ready to serve.
