Clean, skin and dry your salmon. Cut it into small bite size chunks, then set aside.
In a small mixing bowl, add in the avocado oil, melted butter, grated garlic and cajun seasoning, then whisk to combine.
Add the salmon chunks to a mixing bowl and pour the cajun mixture over the top.
Gently toss to coat, then transfer them to a baking rack on a sheet pan lined with aluminum foil (for easy cleanup). Make sure they are spaced apart to allow air to circulate on all sides.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through, then serve.
