Cannoli Dip

This recipe for Cannoli Dip turns the classic cannoli filling into a smooth and creamy dip that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
 

  • 15 ounces whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • ¾ cup monk fruit/allulose, powdered
  • cup heavy cream
  • zest of ½ orange
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: sugar-free chocolate chips for topping

Instructions
 

  • Add the ricotta and mascarpone cheeses to a mixing bowl.
  • Whip using a hand mixer until combined and fluffy.
  • Add in the sweetener, heavy cream, orange zest, vanilla extract and salt.
  • Continue mixing until well combined.
  • Chill in the fridge until you are ready to serve. Then top with the (optional) sugar-free chocolate chips right before serving.
