Pour in ½ cup of the heavy cream and continue mixing.
Add in the sweetener, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and salt. Continue mixing until combined.
Slowly pour in the heavy cream in small additions while mixing. Don’t pour it all in at once, be sure to add the next addition, only after the previous is mixed in completely. This will give you a texture that is thick and silky.
You can chill it in the fridge until you’re ready to serve or serve it right away with whip cream, fresh berries or any topping that you like.
