Easy Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients
 

  • 4 bone-in pork chops, 4-6 ounces each
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add the pork chops to a food storage container.
  • Add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lime juice, dijon mustard, rosemary, garlic salt and ground black pepper into a mixing cup.
  • Whisk until well combined.
  • Pour the marinade over the pork chops, making sure all sides are coated. Marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Preheat your outdoor grill or grill pan, then once ready, grill the pork chops for a few minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of at least 145°F.
  • Allow to rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
