Grilled Tajín Chicken

This Grilled Tajín Chicken is juicy, tender, and packed with classic chili-lime flavor from a zesty Tajin-infused marinade.

Ingredients
 

  • 4 large chicken breasts
  • ½ cup fresh lime juice
  • cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Tajin Clásico Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons lime zest
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Optional: fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cut each chicken breast in half, giving you 8 thin chicken cutlets. Add them to a food storage bag and set aside.
  • In a small mixing bowl, add in the fresh lime juice, olive oil, grated garlic, Tajin, lime zest and salt.
  • Whisk to combine, then pour over the chicken.
  • Seal up the bag and massage all over the chicken, making sure all sides are well coated in the marinade. Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
  • Preheat your outdoor grill. Alternatively, you can use stovetop grill pan instead.
  • Grill the chicken for several minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of at least 165°F, when checked with a meat thermometer.
  • Top with the (optional) fresh cilantro and serve.
