Instructions
Pour the almond milk and heavy cream into a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer.
Add in the white chocolate chips and whisk as they melt.
Once completely melted, remove from the heat and whisk in the vanilla extract. Add in ½ teaspoon of the peppermint extract and taste it to see how you like it. It should be subtle, but if you prefer stronger peppermint flavor, whisk in another ½ teaspoon.
It’s ready to serve and you can add some (optional) whip cream and crushed peppermint candies over the top.
