Pimento Cheese Spread

This Pimento Cheese Spread is creamy, tangy, and full of cheesy flavor that’s perfect for dipping or spreading.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, finely grated
  • ½ cup pepper jack cheese, finely grated
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 ounces pimento peppers, chopped, brine reserved
  • cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1 tablespoon pimento pepper brine
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon hot sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
  • Using a hand mixer, mix until well combined. If you don't have a hand mixer, you can certainly mix it by hand instead.
  • Serve in a bowl with fresh veggies and crackers for dipping or over your favorite low carb bread.

Recipe Notes

If you don't have pepper jack cheese, you can use all cheddar cheese instead.
