  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Add all the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor. Blend until the dough comes together.
  • Turn the dough out onto parchment paper and form a disc.
  • Place another piece of parchment paper over the top and using a rolling pin, roll the dough out to about ¼”. If you don’t roll it out thin enough, the crackers won’t crispy up properly. You can make them a little larger if you’d like, just be sure the dough is thin enough to achieve that crispy texture.
  • Using a 2” biscuit cutter, cut out the crackers and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Gather up the scraps, roll them out again and cut out the remaining crackers.
  • This part is optional, you can brush them lightly with water, then sprinkle more salt over the tops.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until slightly golden and crisp.
  • Allow to cool on a wire rack until crisp.
