Ingredients

  • 6 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 3 ounces smoked salmon, chopped
  • cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon capers, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor.
  • Pulse until well combined and creamy. If you like it more chunky, pulse it for less time. If you like it completely smooth, pulse it longer.
  • I made mine mostly creamy, while leaving it slightly chunky.
  • Serve with your favorite crackers and/or fresh veggies on the side for dipping.
