Whipped Cottage Cheese Dip

This cool and creamy Whipped Cottage Cheese Dip is bursting with zesty lemon, garlic, and fresh herbs.

Ingredients
 

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • zest and juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add the cottage cheese into the cup of a high powered blender or food processor.
  • Add in the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Be sure to stop and scrape down the sides, then continue blending. This should take 3-4 minutes total.
  • Serve with your favorite crackers and fresh veggies.
