Easy Granola Parfaits

These Easy Granola Parfaits are made with layers of crunchy homemade granola, creamy Greek yogurt and sweet juicy berries.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • cup Homemade Granola
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • ¼ cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla bean paste

Instructions
 

  • Add the Greek yogurt, honey and vanilla bean paste to a small mixing bowl.
  • Whisk until well combined, then set aside.
  • Take 2 mason jars, add some of the granola on the bottoms.
  • Add some of the yogurt, a layer of fresh berries and repeat the layers.
  • Top with a drizzle of honey and serve.

Recipe Notes

Nutritional data will vary greatly depending on the granola and yogurt you decide to use.
If you happen to have a vanilla yogurt that you love on hand, you can use it instead and omit the honey and vanilla bean paste.  You can also make them with just about any yogurt that you like, be sure to read the post for variation ideas.
