Citrus Vinaigrette

Bursting with fresh, tangy flavors, this Citrus Vinaigrette is made with the perfect blend of orange, lemon, and lime juice.

Ingredients
 

  • cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the dressing ingredients into the cup of a bullet blender or immersion blender.
  • Pulse until all the ingredients are well combined and emulsified.
  • If you don’t have an immersion or bullet blender, you can add all the ingredients except for the olive oil, to a mixing bowl. Then slowly whisk in the olive oil and continue whisking until the dressing comes together.
  • Serve over your favorite salad and enjoy!
