Cottage Cheese Buffalo Chicken Dip

If you’re looking for the perfect quick and easy game day appetizer, try this Cottage Cheese Buffalo Chicken Dip. It’s made with tender shredded chicken, a combination of creamy cheeses and hot sauce to give it that signature buffalo wing flavor.

Ingredients
 

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, finely chopped or shredded
  • 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup hot sauce
  • ¼ cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup scallions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Add the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, grated garlic and hot sauce to a high-powered blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add in the finely shredded chicken, half the scallions, half the blue cheese and half the cheddar cheese.
  • Mix until well combined, then spread the mixture into a pie dish or 8 x 8 casserole baking dish that’s been sprayed with olive oil.
  • Add the remaining shredded cheddar cheese over the top and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, top with the remaining blue cheese and scallions and serve while still warm.
