While the wings are baking, prepare the Hot Honey Sauce.
Remove the wings from the oven, brush generously with the hot honey sauce and continue baking for 5 minutes.
Remove and brush with more sauce, and bake for another 5 minutes or until they start to caramelize and have reached an internal temperature of at least 165°F, when checked with a meat thermometer.
Serve with the remaining hot honey sauce on the side for dipping.
