    Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the smoked paprika and ground black pepper on both sides of the shrimp.

    Take each slice of the prosciutto and cut it in half lengthwise, giving you 2 long strips.  Wrap one strip around each of the shrimp and place them in your air fryer basket that’s been sprayed with olive oil.

    Air fry for 4 minutes.

    Brush with the maple syrup and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through and serve.
