Silky smooth and creamy cheesecake filling layered with chopped cookies makes these Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake Parfaits an easy and decadent treat.
Add the heavy cream to a cold bowl and whip using a hand mixer, until you have soft peaks, then set it aside.
In a separate bowl, add in the cream cheese, then fluff it up using your hand mixer.
Add in the sweetener and vanilla extract, and continue mixing. Pour in the whipped cream. Continue mixing, just until combined.
Transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with the tip of your choice. Pipe some of the mixture into the bottom of your serving glass or jar.
Take the chocolate chip walnut cookies and chop them up into small pieces.
Sprinkle over the cheesecake mixture in the jar. Then repeat each layer ending with the cheesecake mixture and top with more chopped cookies. It’s ready to serve.
