🔪 How to Make a Fruit Salad
Add the honey, lime juice and zest to a small bowl, then whisk to combined, then set aside.

To cut up the pineapple, start by slicing the tops and bottoms off, then run your knife down all sides, cutting off and discarding the outer skin.

Next, cut it in half, then in slices, removing the tough fibrous core. Then simply chop into bite size pieces and add them to a large bowl.

Wash and dry the berries and grapes, slicing each grape in half, then add them all to the same bowl with the pineapple.

The easiest way to cut up kiwi is to first slice off the top and bottom. Then slide your spoon between the skin and flesh and run it around all sides. The skin will slip right off.

Slice the kiwi in semi-thick slices, then cut the slices into quarters.

Add them to a bowl with the other fruit. You can toss them all together or arrange them in rows.

Pour the honey lime dressing over the top right before serving.

💡 Tips
- If you don’t think you will serve and consume the entire salad, pour the dressing on just a portion of the fruit salad that will be eaten. Then store the rest of the dressing to use later when you’re ready to serve it again.
- Try to buy the whole fruits and cut them up yourself, especially the pineapple. The pineapple isn’t difficult to cut up, if you follow the directions above and it will likely last longer.
- Do not wash any of the berries until right before preparing the salad. As soon as the berries are wet, they will start to soften and ruin your salad.
- Kiwi should be bought when they are still somewhat firm. If they are too soft, when you cut them up they will lose their shape and become very mushy.
- If you don’t have limes, you can use either fresh orange or lemon juice and zest instead.

☑️ Storage Instructions
Store the fruit salad and dressing separately in airtight containers, if possible, in the fridge for up to 3-5 days. Storage time will depend on how ripe your fruit is.
